We are dedicated to give our customers good service. If you are to ever find that you are not satisfied with the services or any products please email us so that we can rectify any problems.

Refunds

We are sorry to inform you that we do not provide refunds for our Online Courses. We only provide refunds for products, if a product arrives to you with a defect or damage. The product that is effective or damaged must be reported to us within 3 business days of receiving your order for it to be refunded. You must show proof of the defect or damage to receive a refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
